Open the Activity Planner
The Activity Planner is SunUp's core feature — the tool that converts raw UV data into a personalized protection plan for your specific activity. Tap "Plan Activity" from the main dashboard or access it from the bottom navigation. You will see a clean interface with three main inputs: activity type, planned duration, and location. These three data points, combined with your skin type and the UV forecast, give SunUp everything it needs to calculate your personal safety parameters.
Try it in the app:
From the SunUp dashboard, tap the "Plan Activity" button (usually a calendar icon or button near the center of the screen).
Pro tip:
You can save planned activities as templates for activities you do regularly — like your morning run or weekly soccer practice.
